To enable NBH to provide advice and advocacy to prisoners, ex prisoners, and their families in a safe and secure environment. Prisoners, ex- prisoners and their families are usually unaware of the rights concerning the criminal justice system, prison instruction rules, housing, benefits which can only be facilitated if NBH staff are provided with the adequate training and premises to provide these services.
